Frequently Asked Questions
What is your cancellation policy?
We require 48 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will incur a cancellation fee. This policy allows us to offer the appointment to another client who may be on our waiting list and in need of urgent support.
Do you offer bulk billing?
As a private psychology clinic, we do not offer bulk billing services. All sessions require full payment on the day of the appointment. If you have a valid Mental Health Care Plan, we can process your Medicare rebate electronically immediately after payment is finalized.
Can I use private health insurance?
Yes, if your private health insurance policy includes psychological services under extras cover, you can claim a portion of the fee. Please note that you cannot claim both a Medicare rebate and a private health insurance rebate for the exact same psychology session.
