Couples Counselling
Relationships are deeply rewarding but can also be incredibly challenging. When communication breaks down, trust is fractured, or you simply feel disconnected from your partner, it can impact every aspect of your life. Our couples counselling provides a neutral, supportive environment to help you and your partner bridge the gap. We focus on uncovering the underlying patterns that cause conflict, fostering empathy, and rebuilding a strong, secure connection. Whether you're navigating a specific crisis or just want to strengthen your bond, we are here to guide you towards a healthier, more fulfilling partnership.

Can we use a Mental Health Care Plan for couples counselling?
Medicare does not typically cover couples counselling. Mental Health Care Plans are for individuals with a diagnosable mental health condition.
What if my partner refuses to attend?
You can still attend individual counselling to work on relationship issues. Changes in one partner often positively influence the relationship dynamic.
Is it too late to save our marriage?
It is rarely too late if both partners are willing to put in the work. Therapy provides the tools, but the commitment comes from you.
Do you take sides?
No. The therapist's client is the 'relationship'. We remain neutral and focused on creating a healthier dynamic for both of you.
How often should we attend sessions?
Initially, weekly or fortnightly sessions are recommended to build momentum. This can space out as you start implementing changes at home.
