How many sessions will I need?

Do I need a referral to see a psychologist?

You don't strictly need a referral. However, to claim Medicare rebates, you will need a Mental Health Care Plan from your GP.

Is what I share confidential?

Yes, all sessions are strictly confidential. There are only rare legal or safety exceptions which your psychologist will explain in your first session.

What if I don't click with my psychologist?

The therapeutic relationship is crucial. If you don't feel it's the right fit, we encourage you to let us know, and we can help transition you to another practitioner.
